We take pride in the quality of our coffee and equipment; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help ensure you have the perfect brew. Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we can only accept returns on brewing gear, accessories, and apparel within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

    Check Eligibility

    Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and purchased within the last 30 days. Please note that opened bags of roasted coffee cannot be returned.

    Contact Our Team

    Email our customer support with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and send them back to us using a tracked courier service of your choice.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
